Groupon is usually spot on with customer care but this time they failed. They should of contacted this company and had them send me the correct mouthpiece, they didn't.

Placed 2 orders and did not get what I ordered. Tried to contact them for a return and refund and no one answers. Just get a recording saying that they are on the phone. Called them at least 20 times and am now reporting them. I have exhausted every avenue of contact including on line. They are a scam and I have been scammed for $150. Am now reporting them.

I ordered a Dōz anti snoring mouthpiece from this place through Groupon. I received a no name regular mouthpiece in a similar blue unmarked plastic container. It even came with a wooden tounge depresser that's used with a real anti snoring mouthpiece to use in molding it to your mouth. The mouthpiece I received didn't have the slot to use this wooden device.
