Nice friendly staff, got me into a nice car, and out the door quickly and easily.
Very quick easy ....they would get 5 stars...but when asked about ins. And i say what if I don't get it ? And the guy says to me then if something happens to my car you will owe me $40,000 G Enterprise I didn't know they were individually owned cars I prefer if I'm renting from a company the salesman would say then if you wreck the car you would owe the company money not be some arrogant knothead and stand there and say then you owe me $40,000 for my car and the car was definitely only worth $25,000 didn't even have cruise control come on!
Enterprise makes it so easy to rent a car. Picking up and dropping off the car was fast and efficient. The car was clean and gassed. I have never encountered a problem with Enterprise.
Cars are clean and comfortable. Branch manager (Nick) is easy to work with and very professional. Wait times can get a little long at peak times so give yourself a few extra minutes.
Excellent customer service. Nolan was very friendly and helpful. Picked me up from work and went over everything with me. Will gladly rent again.
