Don't you know about frivolous litigation? "We" haven't worked in 14 years. Ask our offshore accountant. Frivolous litigation only costs the taxpayers millions a year.
For instance, we have 9 lawsuits pending. Mostly from slamming on our breaks and blaming fault on the driver behind us. Then we threaten litigation until their insurance settles. We are also suing McDonald's, as their coffee is hot and the Warning on the cup was not in every conceivable language, so maybe we couldn't read the warning.
P.S. Mr. Draven, if you wash your car in your driveway and end up scratching it yourself, wouldn't you sue the manufacturer of the hose you used or the New Jersey American Water Company for setting the water pressure too high?
We have to run. We are going to go throw garbage at homeless people and tell them to get jobs. Hopefully we will get at least one person to rear end me. Fingers crossed.
Love this car wash! my car always comes out great and the workers are quick and courteous Also in response to Mrs Mendola just cause im a little confused. how could they, which im assuming means the workers scratch your car if you washed it yourself as you stated. the self serve station is pretty self explanatory you serve yourself. if i were you i would just accept the fact that you scratched your own car and stop placing blame. you washed your car no one else did how could anyone else have scratched it but you? sorry just stating a fact dos not seem right to put down a small business and ruin their reputation when you are at fault
Anyways,
Painfully slow. There’s got to be more than one person doing the washing and taking payments.
Ugh.. Poor people.
You obviously have never been to this car wash. We (used in the royal we sense, not I) pulled up and saw one of the workers look at our car. He was covered in sweat from doing manual labor in the hot sun all day, he looked exhausted, and POOR. There was no way we were letting them touch our car.
Mr. Draven,
Tootles
garbage car wash. self service had no soap in brush. waste of money.
We live by the case Pearson v. Chung, Roy Pearson, a Washington, D.C. judge, sued a dry cleaning business for $67 million for allegedly losing a pair of his pants. According to Pearson, the dry cleaners lost his pants (which he brought in for a $10.50 alteration) and refused his demands for a large refund. Pearson believed that a sign saying "Satisfaction Guaranteed" in the window of the shop legally entitled him to a refund for the cost of the pants, estimated at $1,000. The $54 million total also included $2.0 million in "mental distress" and $15,000 which he estimated to be the cost of renting a car every weekend to go to another dry cleaners.
By the way, we later learned that the damages from this car wash, were to come out of employee wages. LOL. I can just see them not being able to eat for a week, or not being able to pay rent, and having to sleep out in the woods. "Christmas is cancelled this year kids, Mrs. Mendola really needs that new face lift." Hilarious.
I would prefer the car be dried a little better. Then you see how many cars they're getting through there, I get it. I normally just get out and grab a towel and help dry it
