Jim, the manager, and his associate, Edith, were extremely helpful and a lot of fun to deal with. They helped me figure out what size unit I needed and saved me money on packaging supplies by putting together the most cost effective batch of things required for my particular case. Overall, a really stress-free and pleasant experience. Every time I've had to go there to use the storage unit, everything has been peaceful and easy. Way to go.
