Doctors are really great but the problem is
OBGYN staff is wonderful but the dentist is TERRIBLE. I went in for a filling and after 2 needles I was still able to feel the drill. The dentist continued to drill and told me it had to be done there was nothing else he could do for me. It was 12:15 so I guess the guy was in a rush to get off to lunch. Never asked how I was or took a minute to stop and make sure I was okay, mind you I am 32 weeks pregnant. Very unprofessional
Staff friendly, Dr. Glisson funny and informative! Pharmacy on board downstairs. Also a dental clinic & OBGYN in same building. Get your inoculations up to date and a flu shot under your insurance.
If you don't believe me just go a head waste your health and your money in a dumb place.
All receptionist really rude and nasty once they know you are not Spanish neither a citizen they distracting you to side talk like how they give your driver license or how you got your green card like they think I have a faigue papers like them.
Plus the Bill they collect at last.believe me they did that and much more.
Another thing I always paid my bills on the spot(the same time when we have our visits).suddenly they kept sending a Bill for one of my daughter and the didn't even show what kind of services we would pay for.so I went there to check on that Bill and what happened was a shame because they told me this Bill supposed to be for your other child I paid it although this place is owing me money because when I was getting appointments for shots they made me pay 25$ for many times then the visit it was the first time to ask about the kind of the visit and when I told them it is shots this was the only time we got to pay the real price 10$.so imagine they took from me 15$ more like 5 times per each child
Called with a question and the receptionist was incredibly rude. I started off greeting her and asking how she was and she responded with “Fine.” Then, I proceeded to ask my question and she cut me off before i could finish, saying they couldn’t help and she wouldn’t let me continue speaking without cutting me off. I normally go to the one in Manchester but this is the only location open on Saturdays. Love the Manchester OHI, but definitely never going to try this location.
I'm new to the area and trying to establish new doctor care, originally from Iowa. I called and the customer rep didn't seem to care or ask questions. She ended up saying she couldn't make a appointment because the doctors schedule is done monthly? Her solution was for me to call the 1st of the month.
