Never received the refund spoke to many people in the Lakewood office I was originally informed that I would be reimbursed the funds after not receiving it I spoke to the 4th person he told me I was not going to be reimbursed. Then I received the call which stated my address which I have record of the message that if my address that the person stated was the correct one I would not have to contact them and I would receive the funds. Since then I have received three more letters stating that they have the money and I have still not received it.
