Sold us a product that had been recalled, and then when we tried to get a refund the process has lasted THREE MONTHS so far, and we still haven't been refunded. Customer service, while seemingly helpful and sometimes polite, gives false promises regularly about when funds will be refunded and always fails to follow up. And don't even think about calling them, have waited on hold for MORE THAN AN HOUR just to speak with someone about a simple issue. Closes early sometimes, so you might not even be able to talk to them anyways. I could not have had a worse experience with this company.
No matter how hard I tried I couldn't keep my Vpap machine clean and sanitized well enough that I didn't have constant sinus infections, and a throat so sore that I couldn't hardly swallow. I kept seeing ads for the SoClean 2 sanitizing machine, so I decided that if it worked well enough to end all of that it would be worth the high prices that I was seeing that they cost. I went online looking around for the best deal I could find and 4MD had the best price I could find. I had some questions for them, and they responded very quickly, and explained everything that I had about in a way that I had no problem understanding the answers, unlike what I get from a lot of the companies that I deal with online. I think I can honestly say that they were actually the best company that I have ever dealt with online. I would highly recommend everyone check with them for things you need along those lines before wasting your time with the others.
I have been extremely pleased with the performance and results from using my So Clean 2. Only issue I had when installing the adapter on my Resmed Air 10 was there was no mention of the gasket that was on the top I replaced. It took me a while to figure out why my CPAP leaked and shut down when I accidently looked at the old top and noticed the gasket. Took it off and put it on the adapter and it has worked fine since.
Same with us as other reviews. They didn’t carry a product they sold us. They gladly also sold us all the components to a product they didn’t carry. So we basically received nothing and we have been battling for weeks for a full refund. Look at their refund policy, if you ever get a refund they still will charge you a restock fee. They weren’t even going to tell me they weren’t sending us the product. I had to follow up with them when it didn’t arrive and wasted a week when I just should have ordered it from someone else.
This company is without heart so I recommend that you go somewhere else for your medical equipment. My son was born disabled and became very ill. The doctors recommended using a standing frame to get him out of bed. Since I was in the hospital I used my phone to order the item. The photo showed a complete standing frame but only the "Height Adjustable Foot System" was delivered. When I called to inquire I was told that I ordered a component for $300 - the actual frame cost ten times that. Since I had lost my job and my son was on SSI, I returned the component and requested a refund. I was told that I could not have a refund so they kept my money and the component. When a company deals in products to make the life of the disabled better, they should be more sympathetic and understanding. My son is since deceased.
