They don't schedule your next appointment in-office anymore, you have to remember to call them to make your next appointment months later.
I'm still with my prescriber and I have been there for four years, but I'm thinking about leaving. I always leave there thinking about leaving because it's nothing but problems. The office staff is SO rude. My appointments get bumped regularly and I only sometimes receive a phone call about it, so I'll waste my time and gas just to be told that my appointment was moved without checking my availability first. The therapist I was seeing was totally incompetent and failed to recognize the cause of my problem despite me talking about it all the time. Eventually I had to tell her that she was bad at her job and I wouldn't continue to see her. She flat-out told me that she couldn't help me anyway because she doesn't do family therapy.
Right now I'm immensely frustrated with my prescriber because she wants me to go on medication while I'm breastfeeding and is obviously very unfamiliar with breastfeeding in general. Giving up breastfeeding would make me depressed anyway, so it's a vicious circle.
Went there for behavioral counseling staff was very rude looked you in the face now it's geared to bums since then place is a dump forget about this place
The waiting room is dirty, the people in the waiting room are dirty (and usually sick. Read: coughing everywhere and never covering their mouth).
